With the Province of Ontario now in Phase 3 of reopening, we are pleased to announce that Wasaga Beach is now open to tourists! Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or just visiting for the day, our local businesses are ready to serve you. With a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, our beachfront town has something for everyone to enjoy!

Parking and Travel

Wasaga Beach is conveniently located within just a couple hours’ drive from Toronto, and is also accessible via public transportation. If you’re arriving by car, there are a number of paid public parking options available throughout the town, indicated on the map provided.

Wasaga Beach Provincial Park

Located on the shores of Lake Huron’s Georgian Bay, Wasaga Beach is the longest freshwater beach in the world with 14 km of safe, sandy shore and 1844 hectares of protected park land.

COVID-19 Safety

Ensuring the health and safety of residents and visitors to Wasaga is our #1 priority. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we kindly ask that you adhere to provincial guidelines and observe the following precautions during the course of your stay:

Maintain Social Distancing of 2m (6ft) between yourself and others.

Wear a Face Mask at all times while indoors at any establishment.

Wash hands frequently for at least 20 seconds using soap and water.

Self-Quarantine if you are feeling unwell or have a fever or cough.

Limit Group Size to ten or fewer individuals and avoid large crowds.
